What type of facilities should be considered?
Any facility where the information about the facility is very important and needs to be readily accessible should utilize the Project C. For many this is a must - mission critical data and financial centers, operation centers, healthcare and telecom facilities. Also facilities with ongoing remodeling and reconfiguring such as large tenant type buildings.

Why store everything online?
So you can have access to your facility information from anywhere. Allow read only permissions to select users or grant them the ability upload or download selected files.

How safe is my data?
The Project C uses the same SSL security used on financial web sites. Your information is stored in a storm hardened data center so it's available even if your facility is not. This can be a life saver during critical times - natural disasters, power outages, etc. You no longer have to worry that all your facility information is in the hands of one or two people who may not be around when you need them.

Do I have to go to a class to learn how to use the site?
No - the site is very intuitive and easy to use. Documents are stored in folders just like on your computer. Think of it as an electronic plan room. If you need to look at a print you can do it right on the screen or you can easily download a drawing and email it.

Is someone available to assist me?
Absolutely - we can setup your custom facility site and help you maintain it. We can help manage your site content and your users as well.

How can I view a CAD file?
Many people do not have a CAD program, but just about everyone has Adobe Acrobat Reader. Because PDF files are so easy to use, we recommend you have a PDF file of each CAD drawing. We can assist you with this or create the PDF files for you.

What if I have multiple facilities?
No problem. A corporate site will contain all facility sites. Each user can be given access to one or unlimited facility sites.

How much does it cost?
It depends on the size of the facility and the amount of stored data. In reality, the cost of the site is only a fraction of the cost of the actual documents and you no longer have to have storage space for file cabinets and plan racks.
